TERMS & POLICIES

A one (1) night deposit per room is required to confirm a booked room.

Initial deposit 6/30/2025.

Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Monthly payments may be scheduled.

Any cancellations made before thirty (30) days of arrival will incur a $100 cancellation processing fee and the remaining deposit amount will be refunded.

Cancellations within 30 days of travel will forfeit their one (1) night deposit and receive a refund of the remaining balance.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended but not required and based on individual qualifications: age, departure city, trip cost.
