Cancellation Penalties

Any cancellations made before thirty (30) days of arrival will incur a $100 cancellation processing fee and the remaining deposit amount will be refunded.

Cancellations within 30 days of travel will forfeit their one (1) night deposit and receive a refund of the remaining balance.

Travelers Must Have Proper Travel Documents

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.
For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID. NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give your agent a call with any question.

A one (1) night deposit per room/reservation is required to confirm/book a room.
