I wanted to update the info on the event page so that you'll have it all in one place.

I've included everything that I can think of here but if there's something you think we need to share, please let me know.

Villa Insurance: VOD- Standard Insurance.pdf (Too Big to open. Please request via email).

Villa Total: $22,656.00 (Includes villa rental, taxes, villa admin fee)

Villa Insurance: $1,613.00

Total = $24,269.00 ÷ 6 couples = $4,044.00

35% Deposit (Villa only) = $1,322.00 per couple/room
$268.00 = Villa Insurance per couple

Balance due Apr 14, 2023 = $2,722.00

Remember to take advantage of Club MoBay after booking your airfare for the bundle deal for arrival and departure to/from Montego Bay Airport to skip the lines, grab some snacks and a drink while we wait.

  • Complimentary to Guests of Discovery Bay Villas:
    Puerto Seco Beach = Puerto Seco Beach 

Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3-minute drive from the villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddle boards. The club hosts a full-service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

(We can decide on food later but it's typically between $50 - $70 per person per day for the private chef to cook and serve us depending on our choices).

OPTION 1: On arrival at the villa, we can decide on food and will give grocery money to their cook in US Dollars or JA Dollars.

OPTION 2: Alternatively, if they wish to pay for their groceries by credit card locally, a merchant from the grocery store will bring a credit card machine directly to Makana to process their Master card or Visa card for payment. A proper reconciliation of receipts and payment will be handled the day before their departure. Please note that market fresh vegetables and fruit as well as fresh fish and lobster may require additional US Dollars or JA Dollars.

STAFF GRATUITY US$3,285 gratuity for staff @ 15% of the villa rate. Gratuity money should be given to the staff on departure day.
